This Privacy Policy explains how Gravity Flip ("the App", "we", "us") handles
information when you play. We built the App to be played without an account and without collecting
personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
1. Information We Collect
Anonymous identifier. The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication, which
creates a random anonymous ID for your device. This ID is not linked to your real identity
and is used only to save your best score to the global leaderboard.
Leaderboard data. If you submit a score, we store the score, the display name
you choose (you may use any nickname), a selected avatar emoji, and the current game zone. This data
is publicly visible on the in-app leaderboard.
Advertising data. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect
your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address, and
general device and usage information to serve and measure ads.
On-device settings. Game settings and local progress (sound, volume, selected
skin, achievements, local high scores) are stored on your device using local storage. This data
stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
2. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS, the App asks for your permission before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA) used
for personalized advertising, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. If you
decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized.
3. How We Use Information
To display and rank scores on the global leaderboard.
To show advertisements that keep the App free.
To save your preferences and progress on your device.
4. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
Leaderboard entries are retained while the leaderboard service is active. On-device data remains
until you delete the App or clear its data. You can reset all local data anytime from the App's
Settings screen.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your
jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child
has provided personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
7. Your Choices
You can decline ad tracking via the iOS permission prompt or your device's privacy settings.
You can reset all local data from the in-app Settings screen.
To request deletion of your leaderboard entry, contact us at the email below with your in-app
display name.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an
updated "Last updated" date.
